It allows you to learn to drive with a regular and experienced driver of your choice. If you want to drive a motor car or a two-wheeler, this would have to be along with a friend, relative or an instructor of a driving schools as long as he/she holds a valid driving licence. We would recommend the last. But, be careful to pick on an instructor from a school recognized by the Transport Department.
